Textiles, maths and physics were just some of the subjects covered on a study day at Wellington College this week.
Twelve Year 13 students came from schools as far away as Bridgend in Wales to enjoy the day as part of the Wheeler Programme, which they joined in 2021.
They were given lessons by Wellington staff to suit the courses they are taking in their own sixth forms. They also enjoyed playing Real Tennis and badminton and doing team building exercises on the college’s low ropes course in the woods.
It was the last time the Year 13 group will come to Wellington as they are now concentrating on exams. However, they will be back for a graduation event in July.
