Teaching Alliance
In order to ensure the very best education is available for young people, we need to ensure the same opportunities exist for teachers and support staff. As a result of establishing meaningful relationships with our Alliance Schools, powerful collaboration in this area is made possible.
The Wellington College Teaching Alliance comprises 27 schools locally and across the UK.
The WCTA consists of the following two programmes:
Inter-School Support Programme
Our Inter-School Support Programme provides a framework of support, within which effective collaboration is facilitated alongside our Alliance Schools. Whether it be with a curriculum, pedagogy and/or assessment focus, we want to meet every school where they are.
Who would benefit from this programme?
Schools and Colleges that believe in working collaboratively for mutual benefit and want to provide equal opportunities for all pupils.

We are always looking for new, innovative ways to improve and expand our CPD programme. If your school is in search of a particular learning opportunity then we would love to hear from you.
Who would benefit from this programme?
Anyone who works within education that is passionate about personal and professional development. We welcome both teaching and support staff on to out courses with the aim of providing something for everyone. Our courses aim to inspire participants to think more clearly about their career aspirations and what the best next steps looks like to the individual.
