Teaching Alliance

In order to ensure the very best education is available for young people, we need to ensure the same opportunities exist for teachers and support staff. As a result of establishing meaningful relationships with our Alliance Schools, powerful collaboration in this area is made possible.

The Wellington College Teaching Alliance comprises 27 schools locally and across the UK.

The WCTA consists of the following two programmes:

Inter-School Support Programme

Our Inter-School Support Programme provides a framework of support, within which effective collaboration is facilitated alongside our Alliance Schools. Whether it be with a curriculum, pedagogy and/or assessment focus, we want to meet every school where they are.

Who would benefit from this programme?
