Wellington College has been pioneering collaborative, cross-sector working opportunities for schools since 2008.

Following a review of our existing programmes which included a consultation period involving over 30 schools both locally and in other parts of the UK, we took the decision to restructure our work in this key area.

So, with the commencement of the 2021-22 Academic Year, we launched the Wellington College Learning Alliance – helping to shape a better world, a more equitable world. The WCLA comprises both the Student Alliance and Teaching Alliance programmes.

In the ever-changing landscape of education, we will meet all schools where they are, in order to provide and facilitate the support they need or desire most. We do this whilst also promoting effective collaboration between our Alliance Schools who meet regularly to identify and discuss shared priorities.
