Students from five schools in the Wellington College Student Alliance were at Wellington today to get top tips for their A Level economics exam.

Forty-five pupils from Charters, Bulmershe, Maiden Erlegh, Waingels and Ranelagh schools were here to listen to Youtube economist Virang Dal, pictured above with students from Waingels College.

Along with 28 students from Wellington College, they spent the day on a variety of themes including essay planning and writing, exam technique, and how to tackle the big mark questions.

One student from Maiden Erlegh School in Reading said at the end: “The event helped me condense the knowledge I had and think about how to apply it.”

Another added: “It was a really engaging day and I learned some awesome new tips on exam technique.”

The A Level revision day is an annual event in the WCSA calendar.
