Happy New Year to all of you, I hope the Christmas break allowed you a chance to rest and prepare for the term ahead.
We had a busy time in the run-up to Christmas, welcoming 58 potential Wheeler Students to an assessment day on December 5. This was a new approach to recruitment. Instead of just the usual interview process, we invited the candidates to spend a day at Wellington College and to take part in activities and lessons, where they were observed by staff. This gave us more information to use in choosing the right students, which we hopefully have done!
